Stepping out of in person and into online for the time being.
Do join me for a weekly ‘Zoom’ practice on Wednesday evenings at 7.30pm.
The practice will be gentle, you may want to have in addition to your mat, a cushion and a blanket nearby.
(If you have a yoga bolster and blocks or bricks you may also want them nearby just in case you feel like using them.)
